TATA to buy 32.67% more stakes in Air Asia India

According to recent reports, TATA Sons will buy 32.67% more stake in Air Asia India, bringing its total share to 83.67% in the airline. Currently TATA Sons holds 51% stakes in Air Asia India and 49% is being held by Air Asia Group.
